End of day session for me to the east of the Brighton area. Brand new spot
for me so quite nervous to risk it on my own in slightly suspect winds and
a dropping tide. Not sure exactly what lurks beneath the surface but I do
know there is a rock slab there!! Waist high waves and quite a bit of wind,
cross off, giving well powered up riding on super smooth faces. I rigged
5.5m and 100ltr board becasuse I didnt want to be caught out blobbing in on
a smaller board. Good choice in the end for quick planing etc. Sailed
into darkness.
